Travel Booking Services
- Golden Axis Travel acts as your travel advisor, working with trusted third-party suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators) to arrange your travel. Each booking is subject to the individual terms and policies of those suppliers.
Payments & Deposits
- Most vacations require a deposit to confirm your booking.
- Final payment due dates will be clearly communicated to you.
- Missing a payment deadline may result in cancellation or loss of your booking.
- All payments are made directly to the supplier or through a secure platform.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It protects your investment in case of trip cancellation, delays, lost luggage, medical emergencies, or unexpected events. If declined, Golden Axis Travel is not responsible for losses that could have been covered.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for all travelers
- Ensure your passport is valid (6+ months past return date)
- Follow all entry and exit requirements (visas, vaccinations, testing)
- Arrive on time for flights, cruises, and tours
Travel Changes & Delays
- Golden Axis Travel is not responsible for schedule changes, delays, or cancellations made by airlines, cruise lines, or other vendors. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in making adjustments if needed
Limitation of Liability
Golden Axis Travel is not liable for:
- Acts of nature, weather, government restrictions, or health-related disruptions
- Personal injury, delays, or damages caused by third-party suppliers
